The Wembley Hotel Footy Tipping 2024 – Terms and Conditions
– Strictly WA residents 18+ only. Anyone found ineligible, will be removed from the competition and ineligible for any prizes.
– Tippers are only eligible to claim prizes if entry fee has been paid before 06/3/24
– Any entrants that have not paid entry free by 4:00pm (WST) on 06/3/24 will be removed from the competition.
– The final prize pool is to be determined at 4:00pm (WST) on 06/3/24 depending on total entrants. Prizes pool to be announced on 07/03/24.
– The competition leaderboard will be finalized at the end of the 2024 AFL season. Finals are not included.
– In the result of a tie for the round winner, the winner will be determined by the closest margin on the first game of the round.
– All tips must be entered on the Fanzo app. Entrants are fully responsible for entering their own tips. The promoter accepts no responsibility for missed tips.
– In the result of a tie for the season winner, the winner will be determined by the smallest overall margin.
– Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
– The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. In the event whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by The Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
– Prizes must be collected in person at The Wembley Hotel, Perth. Prizes are non-transferrable. The promoter accepts no responsibility for uncollected prizes.
– The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over mobile telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. – By joining the competition, entrants also agree to the terms and conditions on Fanzo.
