DINING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All care is taken when catering for special requirements. It must be noted that within the premises we handle nuts, seafood, shellfish, sesame seed, wheat, flour, eggs, fungi and dairy products. Please note, olives may contain traces of pits. While we offer gluten free menu options, we are not a gluten free venue and there is the possibility of cross contamination. Customer requests will be catered for to the best of our ability, but the decision to consume a meal is the responsibility of the diner.

THE WEMBLEY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Membership is free.
  2. Members must agree to the member terms and conditions to receive member benefits.
  3. Membership is open to 18+ only and member ID/card is not transferrable.
  4. Member points may be accrued on purchases in The Wembley Hotel bar, bistro and bottle department, excluding the purchase of cigarettes.
  5. Member points may not be accrued or redeemed on functions and events.
  6. Membership ID must be advised at the commencement of every purchase. Points cannot be awarded after the sale is processed.
  7. Member points may be redeemed in The Wembley Hotel bar and bistro only. Member points may not be redeemed in our bottle department.
  8. Member points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  9. Member points are subject to expiration after 6 months.
  10. Member points cannot be exchanged for cash or any other rewards.
  11. Member points cannot be sold or transferred.
  12. Lost or stolen points are not the responsibility of The Wembley Hotel.
  13. Member benefits are valid for members only.
  14. Any member who deliberately mis-uses their ID/card or another membership will have it voided by management.
  15. Behaviour not adhering to our venue policies may result in cancellation of points and membership, without notice.
  16. Member benefits are subject to change without notice.
  17. In the event that the business is sold, members will be informed via email and given two weeks to spend any accrued points before the business changes hands. At the hand-over of the business to new owners, all remaining points will be deleted.
  18. Members must provide a valid email address and agree to receive emails from The Wembley Hotel.

REFUNDS
Wherever possible we will provide any refund you are eligible for back to the original method of payment. If we are not able to do this, we will provide you with a Wembley Hotel gift card to the value of your refund. The card will be valid for three years from the date of issue.

ENTERTAINMENT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

  3. Entertainment’s dining offers are valid at all times throughout the year, except for a few days known as Optional Days. These days include: • All Official Australian Public Holidays • All Official New Zealand Public Holidays • Good Friday • Valentines Day • Mother’s Day • Father’s Day • Melbourne Cup Day. All other Entertainment Offers are valid at all times.
  4. The Entertainment card may not be used with any other offer.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RECORDING
Photography and filming within the venue may be for personal use only. Filming of the venue itself and our staff is not permitted, without consent from management. We reserve the right to take photographs and film of patrons, which may be used in marketing and promotional material.

SECURITY
We reserve the right to use facial recognition technology for security purposes.

THE WEMBLEY HOTEL FOOTY TIPPING 2025

  1. Eligibility
    1.1. The competition is only open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years and over.
    1.2. Participants must use the Fanzo Carlton Dry Tipping App to enter and submit their tips.
  2. Competition Period
    2.1. The competition runs for the duration of the 2025 AFL season.
    2.2. The Wembley Hotel reserves the right to alter or extend the competition period at its discretion.
  3. How to Enter
    3.1. Participants must download and register via the Fanzo Carlton Dry Tipping App to join The Wembley Hotel’s official tipping competition.
    3.2. All tips must be submitted before the designated cut-off time for each round as determined by the app.
    3.3. Late entries or tips submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
    3.4. The Wembley Hotel is not responsible for any missed, incorrect, or incomplete tip submissions.
  4. Scoring & Leaderboard
    4.1. Scoring is determined based on the rules set within the Fanzo Carlton Dry Tipping App.
    4.2. The competition leaderboard will be updated automatically via the app, and rankings are based on the total points accumulated throughout the season.
  5. Prizes
    5.1. Prizes will be awarded based on final leaderboard standings at the end of the competition.
    5.2. The total prize pool will be determined by the number of participants in the competition and is subject to change.
    5.3. The Wembley Hotel reserves the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw any prizes without notice.
    5.4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.
    5.5. All prizes must be collected in person from The Wembley Hotel within 3 months.
    5.6. The Wembley Hotel is not responsible for any unclaimed prizes.
  6. General Conditions
    6.1. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that all decisions made by The Wembley Hotel are final.
    6.2. The Wembley Hotel reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering with the competition or violating these terms.
    6.3. The Wembley Hotel is not responsible for technical issues, including app malfunctions, network failures, or incorrect submissions.
    6.4. The Wembley Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  7. Privacy & Use of Data
    7.1. By entering the competition, participants consent to The Wembley Hotel using their name and/or image for promotional purposes.
    7.2. Personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for the competition’s execution and with competition partner, Fanso.

FERMENT BAR

Treat Ferment gift cards like cash. Ferment will not be held responsible for defaced, mutilated, altered, lost, or stolen cards, and they will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.

Cards are only redeemable at Ferment’s PourMyBeer system and cannot be used for over-the-bar purchases such as food, spirits, wine, or other non-PourMyBeer transactions.

Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold.

Cards will expire 1 years from the date of issuance, and any remaining balance will be forfeited after the expiration date.

Cards are not refundable. However, any remaining balance can be used on another day (within 1 years) if applicable.

Patrons are responsible for all transactions made using their gift cards.

Card credit is redeemable only at Ferment, and is not valid at any other participating venues.

WEMBLEY CORKAGE

  1. Availability

Corkage is available Wednesday to Sunday only.

Corkage is not available during private functions or special events.

Corkage applies only to bottles purchased from Bottle Department within The Wembley Hotel.

Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw corkage at any time without notice.

  1. Payment & Bottle Identification

Corkage fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

A Ferment sticker will be applied to each bottle upon purchase, clearly showing the date and month.

The sticker must remain intact and visible on the neck of the bottle while on the premises.

  1. Corkage Fees

Bottles valued up to $50 incur a $15 corkage fee.

Bottles valued over $50 incur a fee equal to 30% of the purchase price.

Fees are charged per bottle and may be reviewed or updated at management’s discretion.

  1. Eligible Products

Corkage applies to the following product types purchased from Bottle Department:

All wines

Large-format or “big” beers

Casks, bulk wine containers, and other non-eligible formats are not permitted for corkage.

  1. Service Process

Guests must access Ferment via outside doors when sliders are closed.

Once payment is complete, Bottle Department staff will pass the purchased bottle to Ferment staff for service.

Ferment staff will remove the cap, retain it behind the bar, and either:

Deliver the bottle to the guest’s table, or

Cork the bottle for table service as appropriate.

Guests are not permitted to open or serve their own bottles under any circumstance.

Staff will promote responsible drinking and encourage premium product selections where possible.

  1. Consumption Limits

A maximum of one (1) bottle per two (2) guests may be opened or consumed at a time.

Additional bottles may only be purchased once the previous bottle is finished and subject to staff approval.

All consumption must comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.

  1. Takeaway Policy

Guests may take unfinished bottles home provided:

The bottle is resealed with its original lid, and

It is placed in a paper bag supplied by staff.

Takeaway bottles are only permitted to be taken by the original purchaser.

If a guest is deemed intoxicated, the bottle cannot be removed from the premises.

It may instead be collected by the purchaser the following day during trading hours.

  1. Responsible Service & Management Rights

Both Bottle Department and Ferment operate under strict Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards.

Staff reserve the right to refuse corkage, alcohol service, or takeaway privileges to any guest at their discretion.

Service will be refused if a guest appears intoxicated, disorderly, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Guests must follow all directions from staff regarding responsible service and conduct while on the premises.

The Wembley Hotel reserves the right to modify or withdraw this service at any time without prior notice.

  1. Liability & Acceptance

The Wembley Hotel accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, or incident resulting from alcohol misuse or breach of these terms.

Guests are responsible for their own behaviour and compliance with relevant laws.

Wembley Toppers are dehydrated fruit garnishes, sold as-is and intended for use in drinks or as a cocktail garnish.

Products may vary in size, shape, colour, and appearance due to the natural variations of fresh fruit.

All toppers are food-safe, but guests with dietary requirements or allergies should check ingredients before purchase.

Once purchased, toppers are non-refundable unless the product is faulty as per Australian Consumer Law.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from moisture.

Not for resale without written permission from Wembley Hotel.

Wembley Hotel is not liable for improper storage or misuse of the product after purchase.
