Perth-based cook, 2018 & 2020 Masterchef Australia contestant, and owner of Bumplings Brendan Pang is coming to The Wembley this March.
In collaboration with Rocky Ridge, Wild Hop Brewing Co and Gweilo Beer, Brendan will be putting together a five course meal paired up with some of the breweries finest beers!
Meet Brendan Pang. You might know him and you might not, but Chinese-Mauritian food is what he wants to be known for!
Learning to make wontons at nine years of age, since then, his food journey has been a non-stop crescendo.
While he dabbles in contemporary, café-style food and fine dining, what he loves to cook most has no frills or thrills – just simple good food.
Growing up in a family of inspirational cooks who all blossomed in the food industry after leaving their established professions, Brendan is no exception! Leaving his job as a social worker in Broome to pursue his dream as a chef by entering Masterchef 2018.
After thriving on the show, Brendan was invited back in 2020 as part of an all-star cast and the rest is history. Now the owner of Bumplings, Brendan prides himself on cooking food he grew up on and passing it onto the next generation!
